Shipping costs seem to always be on the rise. We try our hardest to keep these costs at a minimum for you.
- We use the US Postal Service to ship both Domestic and International orders.
- Orders ship via either USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on their weight.
- Shipping is automatically calculated in your Shopping Cart. You can see that cost when you click "Get shipping estimates" and provide your location information.
- Overseas customers: we're here to help you choose the most economical shipping and make sure you know the cost.

Returns
We want you to be thrilled with the Prayer Pillowcases you receive. If there is a problem with your order please contact us asap so we can make it right.
Refunds & Exchanges: To exchange a product or receive a refund please return it to us within 30 days of purchase in the condition it arrived to you: neatly folded and packaged, unwashed and unsoiled.
Sorry, but we do not accept returns of personalized Prayer Pillowcases (unless we made a mistake personalizing it in which case we'll send you a replacement free of charge).
Refunds for item cost will be made in the same way your original payment was. Shipping costs are not refundable.
