Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We want you to be delighted with the Prayer Pillowcases you receive! But if there is a problem with your order please contact us asap so we can make it right.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unwashed and unsoiled and neatly folded and packaged in its original packaging, along the receipt or proof of purchase.
Sorry, but we can not not accept returns of personalized Prayer Pillowcases (unless we made a mistake personalizing it in which case we'll send you a replacement free of charge).

To start a return, please contact us. We'll follow up with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Refunds for item cost will be made in the same way your original payment was. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Damaged item and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it so you can contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We want to make it right, asap!
